Hello and welcome to day 1 of The Rabbit Hole Designs July release. This month's release is full of Holiday goodies! My card today features the One Line Reindeer stamp set.
To create this simple card. I first prepared my A2 (4.25x5.5") gray cardstock panel for embossing using my Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool. I then stamped the image onto the panel using Versamark Embossing ink. I then covered the image with white embossing powder, poured the excess powder off and then heat set it.
Then I created a mask of the reindeer by stamping the reindeer onto masking paper then fussy cutting it out. I covered the reindeer on the panel with the mask, then ink splattered white acrylic paint onto the panel (I thinned the paint with a little water).
Once the splatters dried, I trimmed the panel down using an A2 dotted rectangle die from my stash.
I added the Merry Christmas sentiment. I stamped it in Versamark ink and heat embossed in white.
I then adhered the finished panel onto a top folding A2 sized white card base.
