Welcome back! It is day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs July release and Inspiration hop. I created a fun 5x7 card featuring Clarence getting into the holiday spirit. I used the new Mid Century Modern # 2 layering stencil set and the adorable Clarence Christmas stamp set illustrated by Dustin Pike.
I started with a white cardstock panel and stencil layer #1. I inked it up using Catherine Pooler's Mardi Gras ink and Bitty Bunny blending brush. Then I lined up stencil #2 and used Samba. Next, I lined up stencil #3 and used Garden Party for that layer. I did not use stencil #4 for this background. I then trimmed the stenciled cardstock to 5x7.
I then stamped all the 3 Clarence images in black onto white cardstock and coloured them using Prismacolor premier colored pencils.
Next, I stamped my "joy to the squirrel" sentiment in black onto the bottom left of the stenciled background.
Lastly, I adhered everything onto a 5x7 white cardstock background. I used double sided tape to bump up the Clarence images.
