Hello! Welcome to day 2 of The Rabbit Hole Designs New Release and Inspiration Hop. Today we are featuring this awesome Friend Scripty Stamp set. There is also a coordinating die set and hot foil plate. For this A2 sized card, I used all three.
I started out by repeat stamping the word Friend across a blue cardstock A2 sized panel measuring 4.25x5.5. I used an embossing/watermark ink pad. I then trimmed it down using a stitched rectangle die from my stash.
Then I used the Hot foil Friend Die to foil in Rose Gold. I used the shadow friend die to cut it out and 3 more from the plain blue cardstock then adhered them together and onto the front of the blue friend panel.
Next, I stamped the sentiments onto black cardstock using embossing ink and white embossing powder. I made sure to prepare the cardstock first with the Cottontail Embossing powder tool. This is perfect for getting no stray white dots of embossing powder.
I trimmed out the sentiments and adhered them onto the card above and below my foiled word.
I chose a blue floral patterned paper from TRHD Spring Floral #2 paper pack and die cut a larger stitched scalloped rectangle from my die stash. I adhered it to a white A2 card base and then adhered my floral panel then blue panel on top.
I felt it needed a bit of sparkle so I added some amber gems to the card to finish off the look. I hope you like today's inspiration. Don't forget to visit the other stops on the hop. My fellow brand ambassadors have amazing projects!! Next up is my friend Tangii!
