Hiya! Here is another card I created using the recent Sweet Sentiment Egyptian themed release. I just cannot get enough of these sets! They are all so fun to colour!
This card features the Cleopatra image from the Cleo and Egypt stamp set. I stamped it onto Sweet Sentiment paper (the best for colouring!) using Tuxedo Black ink from Momento. Then I coloured the image using my Copic Markers and die cut it out using the coordinating die set that's available.
I created a background for the image by dry embossing a brick pattern onto a 4x5.25" white cardstock panel using a small brick stencil from my stash.
I then adhered it onto a blue cardstock panel measuring 4.23x5.48". Then adhered that onto a white A2 (4.45x5.5") top folding card panel.
Then, I created a gold embossed sentiment. First, I used my Cottontail Embossing Powder tool from The Rabbit Hole Designs to prepare a piece of white cardstock. Then I stamped the sentiment on using Versamark embossing ink. I covered the sentiment with gold embossing powder, tapped off the excess, then heat set it.
Next, I adhered the sentiment and the Cleopatra image onto the card.
