It is day 2 of this months new release from The Rabbit Hole Designs and it is all about the gorgeous Botanical Turtle stamp set!
My card features the turtle front and center, surrounded by the accompanying stand alone flower.
I started by stamping the turtle in the center of an A2 sized Copic friendly white cardstock panel using Gina K Amalgam ink in Obsidian. Then I stamped the flower all around the outside edge to surround the turtle. Next I coloured all the images with Copic markers.
Turtle:Y000, YG03, YG11, G21,G24, E31, E41
Turtle Flower: V05, V04, R00, Y00
Border Flowers: BV000, V12, V15
After the colouring was complete, I cut the panel using an A2 sized stitched rectangle die. I then mounted the panel onto a black background and adhered that to a white A2 card base.
Next, I stamped the sentiment and trimmed it using a stitched panel banner die. I adhered it onto the card base and trimmed the end off to fit the card.
To finish the card off I added some green pink and white gems.
