This cute Tea-Rex image never fails to bring a smile to my face! He looks so content to be relaxing in this cup of tea.
I paired the Tea-Rex stamp set with the Intersection stencil. Both of these are from this month's mini release from The Rabbit Hole Designs.
To create this card, I started with a white A2 Copic friendly cardstock panel and stamped Tea-rex onto the panel using Gina K amalgam ink in obsidian. I then coloured the image up using Copic markers. then I stamped the # ahhh onto the cup. Colours I used were:
Tea-Rex: B00, B21, B28
Cup: R11, R24, R29
Tea: E21, E15, E37
Tag: E41, E43 Black fine line marker to write "tea"
Sugar cubes and shadow: C01, C02
I then Pixie sprayed the stencil and laid it over the panel. starting from the outer edge I used Catherine Pooler inks in evergreen and clover to blend toward the center in a circle.
I trimmed the panel down slightly and adhered it to my top folding A2 card base.
I hope you like this quick and easy card. Thanks for visiting and happy crafting!
